The production lines of Nab Steel Company of Tabriz consist of preheat furnaces, rolling stands, cooling beds, bending machines, equipment for final processing and bending and automatic packaging, and its annual production capacity is 450,000 tons. The preheat furnaces of the rolling lines are pressure type and billets with dimensions of 100 to 160 mm and length of 4 to 6 meters are charged in them. The temperature and pressure of these furnaces are controlled by the automation system to prevent energy loss and ingot oxidation.

After reaching the rolling temperature, the billet is charged to the continuous rolling line. Line 1 has 1 pre-rolling stand and 8 final rolling stands, and it has the ability to produce corners with a size of 25 to 80 mm. Line 2 has 7 rolling stands and 6 final stands. This line is designed to produce heavy sections such as studs from size 80 to 180 mm and the ability to produce other heavy sections such as angles from 80 to 100 mm and beams from 80 to 180 mm as well as European studs from size 80 to 180 mm. based on market needs.
